Game stuck on loading screen

My game everytime stuck on picture after it want me to press enter. It starts happend after I changed my graphics settings from high to low to get more fps.. Thanks for help )

Does this game working? It write me steam service not responding try in a few minutes, only can click accept and game closes.

Yes, the game is fully working. If the game is throwing Steam errors there might be a problem communicating with the Steam for the account validation. Check your firewall if any - just in case - and if it doesn't work let me know and i'll try to verify if there is a problem on your account.

I didn't click to block it on firewall, but now i try to close it before start the game, and its writing me loading session then nothing happens for 5min and again steam service not responding.

Is this the first time you try Skara? If you had installed the game before it might be an account-related problem. I can easily fix that if you give your game display name.

If this is the first time you try to play, the 'Steam service not responding' is quite a message not displayed very often. I'll try to ask our Steam account manager in case he can think on a potential solution.

Wow i think its already fixed and today it show me account creation display.

Good to know! Sometimes the game problems communicating with the Steam servers in certain regions, I guess that was the problem.

It looks like borderless windows is bugged or something. I reinstalled windows and game works well, but when I changed from window 1280x800 to borderless window 1360x768, game again stuck. And my in-game name is geonekcz or kocourekcz, Im not sure which is right

Im right, now I changed back to window mode in GameUserSettings and it works! Would help to send you my directx info? (Im not sure how u call this file with all system info, im not good english speaker) For help you recognize where is problem?

I just bought this game I turned off the firewalls but it doesn't work I have the same problem as in the title
