Vertical flashing black bar
After launching the game and reaching the main menu their is a transparent black bar that flashes on the side of the screen and changes size. This bar stays on screen in game as well.

the bar appears on the right side of my main monitor, which is 4K. I have a left and right monitor as well.

I resized the game to 2k and the flashing bar disappears; only on the 4k resolution does the bar appear.
