[BUG]Don't fill multiple Oxygen Tanks at once

I acquired both the Oxygen Tank from doing The Quest for The Elephantsand the extra Oxygen Tank from the Old Shed.

When I went to the Radio Tower to fill them up, I clicked the Oxygen Compressor, and a subtitle popped up saying "I filled up all the tanks."

Now I only have one Oxygen Tank.

This happened when I had 2 empty tanks in my inventory at once.

It might be pretty long, I think I played through about 3/4 of Chapter 2 in a single sitting. I just finished the Chapter, so if I get the chance I might also test out what happens when I have one full AND one empty tank at the same time and attempt to use the Compressor. I'll upload another pastebin of that particular log file if I do.
