Report a translation problem
Also, a log file might help the developers under some circumstances.
Sorry for taking a bit to get back too you.
The game didn't crash unless the game does create log file when you start a game. I will start a new game, and see if I can recreate this.
I have to be doing something wrong instead of it being a bug. If it was a bug the dev's would have spotted it somewhere down the road.

Sorry to be a bother here. The mistake is mine. I didn't hold down the left mouse button while facing the door, and selecting the unlock option.
I was thinking I needed to transfer the key to my toolbar which wasn't the case.
