Red and Gray potions?

So I recently picked this back up after not having played it since around alpha 3.0 and I have to ask, have the potions that increase maximum health and stamina just been removed entirely? I found a strange stone that you used to be able to craft into them and I kept upgrading my workbench expecting the potion recipe to appear but I've reached the final upgrade and nothing.

Am I just an idiot who missed some incredibly obvious new placement of the recipes or have the devs just removed them entirely while still keeping the item used to craft them?

I think this is the third time that someone has come back and made a thread about this. If it happens a fourth time, then I may nudge the Wizards to add a "Major Changes" pinned thread.

The stones have been reduced to vendor fodder right now; no more potions.

Ah, sorry. I should've looked through the previous topics more thoroughly. I didn't see any topics that looked like what I was asking about after 2-3 pages so I assumed it hadn't been asked before.

It just hasn't been asked in awhile. It seems to be a "once per update" occurrence.
