Report a translation problem
I'm not sure why it is that way now, but it seems intentional rather than a bug. Maybe it's because the reworked control scheme for PC adopted the same control scheme as the console versions (switch, etc.) and perhaps the console control scheme is not re-definable either.
Luckily the default control scheme in v1.4 is really good. I think when I first started using the v1.4 control scheme there was maybe only one bind I felt like changing but after a while I got used to whatever it was, it all became natural quickly.
