Crate codes

Now that we can not bruteforce the crate we start with, what other options do we realistically have to open it? I am hoping that we will at least get clues on what the number is. Or for that matter, the numbers for the Wolfman's crates and crates in general. I am aware that some do offer tips like Chicken Lady's crate, but overall, I am a loot ♥♥♥♥♥. These crates are mocking me with their goodies tucked neatly away laughing at me.
