..Crunching Koalas (the team that ported the game to ps4/ps5) tweeted that the only thing from that list which could be added to the pc version is the 4k res, but that would be something for Acid Wizard to implement.
Acid Wizard have had an update for the pc version on hold for a couple of years, it's currently still beta (1.4). I don't think the beta version has 4k, not sure if they have plans to add it but the beta pc version does have some changes that have come from the console versions (release date for this version is unknown).
