I think I know the bit of audio you mean though, it's like a David Lynch-esque drone noise that lasts a few seconds, it has a wind sound & being voice sound (and some banging noises to?)..
I think you are looking for a sound file rather than an actual piece of music, the OST & gamerip (on YT) only contain things that could be defined as music files..
You could try searching the game files for the sound file, it probably has a label that corresponds to when it plays which will help you narrow it down.
Track 14 on the 'Darkwood - Gamerip Soundtrack' (dream loop 01) is possibly the nearest thing to the shiny stone audio but I don't think it is it.
