Accidentally attacked wolf trader

Is there a way I can make him non-hostile again? I was trying to kill a savage and accidentally hit him, he ran off into the woods for a bit, and now I can't trade with him because he attacks me.

There are alternative means to getting through areas where you might use a gas mask. Think of this as a chance to try things you might not have normally.

Worms can be burned by almost every source of fire in the game; you don't need a full on Molotov to clear them out.
