Wedding invitation question. And few other things
So I’m in the silent forest or what ever is the third area you get to, and I haven’t gotten a knock on my door for the wedding invitation in what must be about 10 days now, is it glitched? Also I have yet to find the chicken lady, did I just miss her? All three parts of my map are badsically filled in now so I’m just confused and worried my game is glitched, please explain this so I don’t start a whole new run if I don’t have to lol.

It is possible that you missed the invitation delivery, either by missing the knock (on the night that it is scripted to happen) OR it just didn't trigger, which can happen if you were near the door and/or it was already open (basically anything that causes the event to somehow be interrupted, like fighting a dog outside or whatever).

However, you still might get the invitation delivered as a random night event at some point. But I think the best chance of getting it to trigger again is to spend a couple of nights back at hideout 1 (you actually get a chance to do this later when you return to it, right before the next chapter begins)..

I recall it happened to me once, I spent the final night of chapter 1 back at hideout 1 and received the wedding invite that night, so it was probably around day 20 by then (I cant remember the reason why I missed it at the start of the game).

Don't worry if you don't get the invite though, it's just an optional location/event anyway, you will eventually get to see it in any subsequent playthroughs (just like you will get to see other story paths and outcomes in additional playthroughs).

Chicken lady is in a place called Village (which is situated 'off map' in the Silent Forest biome).. so either you haven't found the path to the village area yet, OR you have found it but just haven't found which house she's in within the village ('off map' areas/locations are always situated somewhere on the perimeter of the map).

Ok, now does the wolf mark the village on your map? or you just gotta find it.

Maps locations are procedurally generated (randomized). A journal entry will mention its general direction/heading, for example, 'south', 'north-east', etc.. this means if you search along the edge of the map in that general direction you will find the path to the village.

There is a way of always recognizing where the village is.. if you've played a few runs you learn the outline of the map perimeters and remember that the village is always situated in a particular shaped part of the map (it's like a distinctive V-shaped alcove).

If still relevant - the only hideouts you can get the invitation from is off zone 1 and 2 ( dry meadow and silent forest ). Don't think you can get it in old woods.
