Wire cutters?

This is my first play through i have been taking it slow and trying to get as prepared as i can when i move on. Im at Silent Forest right now with a level 5 bench. I have tried to move up to the Old Woods but have not been able to survive the night up there yet. i have ran around up there looking for places but no sign of the wire cutters.
Are they up there or somewhere else?

You have the max possible bench upgrade for this chapter, the next set of bench upgrades can be performed in the next chapter..

The pliers (wire cutters) that you seek wont be found in this chapter but they will be in the next chapter (the wiki lists all the places you can find them, but you will most likely find them naturally).
