Wedding Event

I am at (Day 18) and didnt manage to get this even yet. Just wondering do i need to be in Dry Meadow to ge that event ?

you hear knocks on your door in hideout 1 (not sure if this occurs in other hideouts) when you open the door there will be a peice of paper with a code on it to get into the wedding.

be ready theres a fight and its not an easy one... unless you have a gun, then its an easy one.

Im at hideout 2 and twice now someone knocked at the door.I manage to open both time but all i found was a pill and a rag :S

Thats a random event and its a good thing you opned the door for them. If you ignore them long enough there is a chance they will break down the door. No one will be there, but its a pain in the ass.

might only be door in hideout 1 then... theres a shortcut to hideout 1 later after hideout 3 or you can go back to hideout 1 and farm some nights while waiting.

Just got it at hideout 2, was nice running into a banshee at the door though.

I got the invitation, went to the wedding and nothing happened. I think my game might be buggy or something because the graphics started clipping really bad, at first i thought it was part of the scare, but it just kept going and didnt really result in anything. i walked around the whole place and there was nothing except a dancing bride. Hmm.

In my case I just ran away from the ghost :p , it managed to land a couple of hits on me but then I just managed to slip away nonetheless.

My guess is you maybe have to survive a night at hideout 1 then randomly a knock may come and leave u the code. Like I said maybe not sure

I have had a couple of knocks at hideout 1 but I never bothered actually looking for the source of the sound, I wasn't sure which door it was coming from and was too "I'm not falling for it" to actually investigate, upon reaching day, there was never anything left at the door.

You have to open the door during the night and in my experience while it is knocking, and it will always be the door considered the 'front' door.

The wedding event happened on day 4 for me. Since then though nothing has happened for a few nights. It sucks that you dont get any clues as to what to do next to continue the story.

It's like day 14 now, in hideout 2 and finally "answered" the knock and got the wedding invitation. So at least it's proof that you don't NEED to be in hideout 1
