How do I look at wedding invitation again to see the code?

When I first got the invitation I looked at it for a split second b4 being attacked and didnt really get to read it and I dont know how to re-read it to see wat the door combo is. any ideas?

You forgot the first few steps of "Hop on to the forums", "Ask friendly players", and "Wait for an owl".

The character records most important notes and items in the journal, so check it whenever you're stuck.

press ESC --> Options --> Controls --> look for "Journal" --> double tap ESC --> press the associated button for the "Journal" --> click through the tabs to search for it, or just click "Items" --> have fun! :D

pls dont give those people help, they did NOTHING to earn it! NOTHING! would he have just used his brain for once, that would have been a matter of seconds for him, same as for me!

saying that a person cant be that dumb, but only lazy is an insult for you?
i basicaly said he is lazy, if thats an insult i have to be aware not to write, wow... we sunk deep as a civilization, as humans! :D
maybe next time hes not that lazy and is going to use his brain, its more efficent and way faster that way! ;)

but if thats what you want: im not going to write any more "insults" ^^

I had the invitation in the morning but can't remember the code because i had to quit the game just after.
When i came back to the saved game, i went out from the house and the invitation wasn't here anymore nor in my items inventory... is there another way to enter in the wedding house ?

I'm having the exact same problem, which I just resolved on my own:

The saved game files are JSON—at least in the latest GOG release that I'm using. The door code is saved under the property "wedding_invitationCode".

If I'm reading the file right, the wedding invite isn't in my inventory, even though I went through the knock on the door event and picked up the invite. Sometime well after that, I used the stove's "cook" function to force a new savegame write before I shut down the game.

Many, many thanks to the developer for not using some encrypted or indecipherable binary format. Otherwise, I'd still be stuck.

Glad to help. Note that there are multiple wedding_* properties in the saved games, if you need them. If you run into similar problems later, there are properties relating to codes for other doors, as well as crates. Some crates are not intended to be opened ever, apparently, although codes to unlock them can be found in the saved games.

Be aware that the names of some properties may act as spoilers.
