Spliting stacks?

I googled the question and have seen threads made years ago regarding darkwood and the option to split stacks, but wether theres a button for it i dont know.

If its still not a thing, can the devs consider this a suggestion and recommendation...
Very quality of life implementation as i can leave things at home while i go out on a suicide mission.

left control lets me split off one of something.

I personally don't need it.. Ironman only.

yeah its not really neccessary I guess, I'll just get use to the full stack.

try whatever your dodge key is, I think left ctrl is dodge by default...?

for me it´s right ctrl anyways

You cant exactly split stacks. You can however have an item in your safe house storage, then press ctrl + Left-click. That'll bring one of that item into your back pack. I would assume this works with any sort of container but idk because I hardly ever use this feature.

left ctrl is my dodge, im sure thats default.
thanks stag, using left ctrl and mouse1 from a stack that is in a container/wardrobe worked for me.
