Absolutely. You get a lot of flexibility with your bindings.
Off-topic: That last sentence seems like an oxymoron...
What are your Steam Controller settings? I just started it up for a bit and realized I may have to remap a few things. Anything in particular you found useful?
Watching some walk through videos I noticed something that I can't seem to emulate with my Steam controller. When looting inventory, I can't seem to single click an item and have it pop into my inventory, the way I see it happen in the videos. Every time I have to click (RT) on an item, then drag it over to put it into a slot in my inventory. It's a royal pain in the ass. I wonder, are you not getting the same thing? What do you have set for this?
I guess a steam controller literally translates KB+M controls therefore there is still dragging and free cursor movement.
When I used KB+M (before controller support) I couldn't work out how to transfer items without dragging either. I once asked a streamer how they were able to 'quick loot' (using KB+M) and they said they were holding down shift (I tried this but it didn't work, perhaps it was a different key they was holding down .. thankfully controller support was added).
I dont know, maybe the function is shift related.. I'm assuming there is a way to emulate shift on steam controller? ..I'd defintely recommend using a normal gamepad/controller, it makes everything a lot easier and intuitive (twin stick movement/combat feels good, looting is fast).
To 'indivdually take items' I use the same button that opens the 'skill menu' ('A' is 'take single item' when in an inventory screen).
..so It's possible that pressing whatever your 'reload' key is (while you are in an inventory screen) will have the same 'take all' function for you to.
The only function I change is 'dodge', I set it to have no function at all (the default for 'dodge' is problematic because it is bound to one of the sticks, therefore it was causing me to sometimes accidentally press it whenever I would try to quickly move or turn during combat)
