Bicycle Package?

What happens to the items that you fail to pick up from the Bicycle Dude before dawn? Are they gone forever, or does he take them back to where he brought it from? If it's the former I'm pretty upset

It stays there until you pick them up. :D
bicycle packages stays as package until you pick the all items. so you can use it as storage if you don't have enough inventory in your hideout. but you can't put the items back in package so once you pick the item from package, you must store them in somewhere else like workbench

Nope, Bike service is only for Chapter 1 exclusive service :P
so you must seriously consider what must bring, and what must not.

I finally found out i had to ring the bell and he came now i just have to find him a bottle of liquir lol
