Can't make Molotovs

I've got Alcohol a bottle and a match but molotovs dont even show up in crafting.

How about workbench? Molotovs don't show up when you don't click workbench.
pressing tab near the workbench does not work. you need to click work bench

Oh perhaps the workbench is not upgraded to the right level yet? ..When you click on the molotov crafting icon does it say you need to upgrade the workbench level?

As you upgrade the bench, icons that will be available after the next upgrade are revealed..

..for example, when you upgrade the bench the icons that are shaded in red become grey (if you have the crafting materials available), more icons are then revealed to show you what items will be craftable after the next bench upgrade.

My bench is unupgraded as I said, the molotov does not apear as i said, and I could have sworn it didn't need a tier 2 workbench but it may have changed or I may be mistaken.
