Frozen after end credits
After the end credits, the game just freezes. Music still plays, but it is just the starry background after the UFO passes by and the credits are done rolling. I can't bring up the settings menu or get back to the main menu in any way. I end up having to force stop the game via steam.

I have the same issue and didn't get the ending achievements

Same here. I'm positive I've 100%'d the game (barring other bugs) but this is preventing me from getting multiple achievements.
