Clown parts and bony arm

So I thought I had done almost everything in the game by the time I got to the end. But I've only found the pants of the clown statue and I've still got this bone arm from the mines that I have no idea what to do with. I did manage to find another clown part once the point of no return was reached, but what else am I missing?

For the statue, Part 1 is already in place at the circus,
Part 3 - In the settlement at the South West part of the map, there is a shady guy with an eyepatch. To his right is a box of sorts with a small hole. Mouse can enter this hole for the statue's torso.
Part 5 - You need to get Dropsy into the mine, past the laser cannon and through the keycard door. The statue piece can be dug up in the area behind this, which is the restricted area with three obelisks.

For the hand - It can be used instead of the bone, in the soup. If it has another use, no one has mentioned.

Damn, I guess I missed out on that one. But yeah, I got the one in the mine as well; I guess I didn't put it in place. It's weird though about the arm; were there any other puzzles that have two solutions sitting around?

Maybe you were originally meant to get the bone from there, but if you got to the part in the game where you lose Dog, and haven't dug the arm up, you'd be stuck so there's another bone that Bird can get, that most people tend to use instead.
Or maybe it's just for the fun of getting them to make a human hand soup. I don't know.

is the fifth part something you're meant to get before or after the Point Of No Return? I'm about to be at that point, and I'd like to know I'm not locking myself out of that before I get there.

Just so we're clear The piece that looks like a dog (marked as #5 on the blueprints) must be obtained before the point of no return. The head of the statue (the fifth piece to find) can only be obtained after it.

Yeah, there's one piece that is only available after the point of no return and one piece you have to get before there because it requires the dog.
