Multiple endings?

Since I noticed the developer was answering some questions, I figured I'd ask:

I just beat the game last night, loved it. I noticed a lot of stuff that seemed to be hinting at multiple endings, though - are there others? Also, is there any way to tell when I've 100%'d the game? Obviously things like Dropsy's wall of drawings and the map in the dog's house exist but it's unclear how I'm supposed to know when they're "finished".

Nope, no multiple endings other than the people who show up at the end depending on what optional content you've done. :)

the dog house just gets more and more decked out with fancy things as you find more hydrants. we may add more to this later, but for now it's just a cute thing :)
