Is there a way to skip dialogue or fast forward?
I've been restarting my game progression a couple of times now, and reading the same dialogue over and over is starting to become a little tedious. Is there any way to fast forward past dialogues you've already read? Visual novels have that sort of option and it would be a bit nice to do that in game so you can quickly pick out your character and get right into the plot.

Or just let the dialogue go on auto-pilot until you need to make a decision. The starting scene can really drag and then when you're not looking you accidentally shoot the unknown character. Which means forcing you to do it all over again.

Holding Ctrl will make the text fly by much faster.

Anyone know the equivalent 360 contoller button?

I was really hoping for a fast foward option. Oh well.

Here's an AutoHotKey script[www.dropbox.com] that puts fast forward on the... Y button, I think (for me, it's the Triangle button). It also lets you use the dpad instead of the analog stick.

Obviously you need AHK installed for it to work, and I didn't bother restricting it to the game, so remember to turn it off before you play anything else.

(For anyone who isn't familiar and is concerned about security: AHK scripts are plain text, you can open them in Notepad to see exactly what it does. This one is mostly copy+pasted from a sample script on the AHK website, so it's 100% safe to use.)

I know the feeling.

But sadly it varies from game to game, and some games seem to not have any option to skip at all, which sucks.

Try the 'S' or 'Y' button, and check under 'Options*.
