How many different appearances can Sam have?

I know s/he has at least 3, as there's the one I got, a short-haired black chick, the one Minx got on her playthrough(which inspired me to get this game btw), which was a red-haired hippie chick, and I know there must be at least one male Sam as Sam's gender is always the same as the protagonists, and considering I encountered the red-haired hippie chick I'd imagine I've seen Sam's male appearance(s) as NPCs too. How many are there? What are they all? Is the appearance random, or dependant on which MC and LI you chose? Meaning if I chose the same MC and LI combination as my first playthrough, which was Juliette (Blonde chick) and Kire (headphone chick), would I still get the buth black girl, or could I get the hippie girl or some other female apppearance Sam might be able to have? it's something I'm rather curious about.

There are 8 possible Sams. (4 male, 4 female)
There are 12 possible players. (6 male, 6 female)
There are 12 possible love interests. (6 male, 6 female)

Sam will always be the same gender as the player.

This means that the total number of combinations are 12*12*4 totalling 576 possible trios.

Thanks. That answers my questions of how many Sam's there are and also indirectly confirms that the appearance of Sam is randomly chosen, though I already knew there were 12 MCs and LIs and that Sam is always the MCs gender. Think you could link images or at least provide descriptions of all 8 Sams? I'm really curious.
