What to do in Beaton [Spoilers?]

Larry, Fishing Kid and the warehouse boss seem to be the only people who have quests. I can't even find the opposition to Mayor Hoard and can't get into most buildings besides stores.

While ur doing the box job, there are 3 options MAJOR SPOILERS stay, finish the job, and get rewarded OR leave the job and join with Treaudu and his supporters OR reject everyone and work with the detective to unravel some dirty secrets

Ok I finished the job in the wearhouse at 30 boxes now I am at the point where I can meet them at the union clubhouse for an offer, but how do I meet with Treaudu

o, srry, think i worded my thing wrong , put and's instead of or's, (stupid grammar) here are 3 options,

1. work with the union, which ur path seems to be on

2. quit the box job whilst u were working on it before, u just have to walk out of it before the guy supporting Horde came in, AKA dont pack a box and just change ur uniform and GO (if u had a
save file, that's great) There u'll see Treaudu's gang trying to sabotage the union, join them

3. quit the job, and when u see Treadu's gang offer u an opportunity (stated as #2), reject them, too. The detective will come and offer u an opportunity to work for the town

OR

while ur on the union job and u need to hose down the Union guy, walk out and dont hose him down, the detective will come

Playing the demo version, DEMO, so temp files right, and in the boxes job I went all the way to some 100-something. Playing thro after buying...go to 20, same result.
