Updated.
Changed key bindings, though still problems. Left and up tricks broke.
Hi etran9e, it's rare to find somebody who pays so much attention to the game! wow! allow me to explain
This is a feature that relates to real skateboarding, nollie and fakie are both stances that launch tricks off of the nose of the skateboard. You can observe this by tapping L/R spin at the same time while in neutral rolling position, the skater will shift to the front of the board, ready to launch a trick off the nose (nollie, or if in switch stance, fakie)
Similarly, grinds that use S and D keys, are nose "stance" grinds, and so releasing a trick from this position, a skater would do a nollie trick. However, A and W are not on the nose of the board, therefore the tricks launched out of them are not nollie!
However, if you want to do a Nollie Heelflip for example out of a grind, you would trick, grind with D (nosegrind), hold A (for a heelflip) but DONT release D until you have pressed A (because you will naturally trick out because of key release), then release D, finally, release A to do a Heelflip
Nollie Heelflip!
No problem! Glad we could clarify
Anyway, GL your Olli :)
