Yes, he said that. That was the trailer that made me impulse-buy this game back in April, when it hit Steam. I haven't regretted it for a second.
It's at the end of both World and Arcade campaigns.
Its HP pool is way too low and despite the area being a risk level 5 it doesn't feel anywhere near as threatening as the other final bosses.
