Broniversal Soldier Suggestions
Apart from shooting when you shoot, revived mooks should not have their movements linked to the player’s. They should behave much like revived bro’s. They follow close to the player, don’t take fall damage, (explosive based mooks) can't damage bros, and can scale a wall with their combat knife. You should still be allowed 5 revives, however you can only resurrect 1 mook per revive, to avoid becoming too over-powered. (Revived bro’s should remain unchanged)

Also, mooks donning the universal soldier attire upon revive would be a nice touch.
Here’s some artwork I created as an example of how that might look:

Lastly, his current weapon loadout doesn’t really bother me but I always thought his custom mp5 with the giant laser sight was cool.

It would definitely help for revived Mooks to perform similarly to Villagers, who went from useless to badass once their AI changed.

I don't think the revive should be limited to 1 mook per use. Maybe only one of each ENEMY per use, so if you use a revive when three Mooks, a Dog and a Grenadier are all dead near one another, The Dog, Grenadier and one of the Mooks gets revived.

In any case, his special could definitely use a buff in single-player.

Villagers constantly jump the ledge and plummet to their death...

Well, disabling fall damage on allies would certainly help with that.

I still feel villagers have their problems, regardless of fall damage. Sometimes they won't even move, maybe they're frozen with fear but I'm going to go with spotty ai. The behavoir of revived bros is more refined and that's the model I think would be good to follow.

As for one of each enemy type, I feel would just limit the player more. Sometimes all you're going to come across for a stretch are standard mooks and it wouldn't make sense to be penalized for a that.

best thing is reviving dead bros which either lets a dead player play again, or turns them into an ai controlled bro which is great.
and they dont fall either becuz they can actually jump like all the other bros, unlike the mooks.
also if u want to maximise broniversal's ability, melee loads of dead mooks together - look out for bazooka heavy and grenadier mooks

Lol yeah, the grenadier mooks aren't always helpful.
