How to start the Alien Infestation Campaign?

Laugh at me but I don't get it: How can I start the alien infestation campaign?

I just got there during the campaign itself. Not really much room to miss it. Have you looked everywhere on the world map? There are two "levels" in the north and after you finish those, 2 infested regions should appear.

They should be inplemented in the campaign, I dont see why you can't play through it, if you haven't done most of the campaign that is.

It's just a part of the campaign. Like (literally all?) other games with a campaign, you have to progress through the earlier parts to get o the end parts.

You don't "start" it, it's part of the main campaign. Which means you have to get to it.

Finished the campaign and see now the alien infestation. Thought it's an alternate mode for the campagne which could be started seperately.

That's how it is for the World Campaign. If you play the Arcade Campaign, the alien levels are simply after all preceding levels.

After finishing the Campaign, if you select "Continue Arcade Campaign" from the menu you will be able to select and replay any level you have already completed at will. Alien levels start after level 30.
