Broforce Controls?

I recently got broforce and when i launched it everything was fine until i tried to play it. it says press fire to continue but i dont know the fire keys and i need help. I sounds real stupid but im really confused. please help

So it just goes through all the menus with a bang-bang-bang sound on it's own up until the screen with "Press Fire" written on it, am I right?

it works very easily with a gamepad quite self-explanitorily, but if you don't have an xbox360 for windows controller or similar device, the following controls work for me:

z - fire
x - special (nade, etc)
c - melee;use

arrow keys - everything else

There is a bug in Broforce that will automatically press Enter for you in menus up until the "Press Fire" screen. You will be able to go play the campaign mode by pressing Z from there, but you won't be able to play other modes or go to options unless you find a way to fix the bug.
For me what caused the bug in the first place was a joypad emulator. Do you have any of those installed on your system?

you should be able to pick a button/key for it

I know how to play 2 players, but not 3.
Player 1: uses T,Y,U and WASD
Player 2: uses Z,X,C and arrow keys
