How to high Five?

Im sorry I have no clue how to do this on a controller and I pressed every button near the pres only to get the BAD end...I don't want the bad end I WANT THE BROEND. Help a bro out bros?

its the "knife" button (for keyboard controls at least).

edit: as long as you dont attack the president, you can "kill" anyone and still high five them afterwards, just dont gib/make them explode
