Custom maps and Multiplayer Co-Op

Right now it seems that you can just start multiplayer co-op while in story mode.
What's the plan/schedule, if it exists, to bring co-op for custom maps too?

I think you should be able to play custom maps in multiplayer... Unless I'm horribly mistaken.

No, there's not option to invite online friends when I host a custom champian.

Any update to this issue? I can create a game host, but cannot see or invite friends either.

Is it possible to play custom maps online with friends? Me and my two friends have been trying to do this for a while with no luck. We can host campaign servers and connect just fine, and invite friends directly to our game. But we can't to do the same with custom maps, the server is never listed in the oline selection tool and inviting directly is never available.

It looks like it's till impossible to play Custom Levels online. It's been years! Come on! I can play Custom Levels using third party software like Parsec, but then the controllers is kinda buggy.

Devs removed it and didn't know why they removed it until I asked about it on discord... there was supposed to be a big update that was also gonna fix this issue but is now put on a long hold... maybe someday it will be back but doubtful imo.

It kinda works if you invite your friend over Steam to "Remote Play" on your PC, you'll actually stream your game via Steam with your friend. Theres no ingame option for Multiplayer with custom levels, which really sucks in my opinion.
