How to beat the 2nd covert mission

I got Broforce last week and I love it. I finished the main campaign but I can't figure out how to beat the 2nd covert mission. Every time I try to cross the first gap I fall short. Can someone tell me how to beat it?

Climb to the top of the sign with the arrow, then sprint by double-tapping right, and jump for the first platform. You'll need to use sprinting a lot during this covert op.

what about the second gap after the zip line?

Sprint (double tap forward) while on a zip line to maintain your momentum. It makes you super fast
