Iron Bro achievements

Besides a hard mode run (about half way done), currently I'm also doing two Iron Bro Runs (both at 27%): one on normal and one on hard. So far no deaths on both runs.
I assume that the "You're the disease, I'm the cure" (Finish the Ironbro campaign) and "I'll give you a war you wouldn't believe" (Finish the Ironbro campaign on Hard) will pop up if I just complete the Iron Bro campaign on hard.

Does completing it IronBro Normal has a different ending?

I'm also looking for the "Finish the campaign without dying" achievement so I should I continue with my 2 runs or just complete IronBro on hard with 0 deaths? How much difficult is it?

Ironbro has the same endings as non-Ironbro.
I'd say Ironbro hard 0 deaths is pointlessly difficult, though regular Ironbro 0 deaths will give you 2 achievements at once, and so is worth a try.
Finishing Ironbro on hard does not give the regular Ironbro achievement.

Not different from regular iron bro ending and not different from arcade/camp hard ending...

I beat the game on hard and got both the regular beat the game achievements.

Do you mean IronBro Normal? Regular normal I already did it. In IronBro Normal I just completed the 7th mission.
