His Melee will activate or deactivate his belt cable harming enemies in its path, allowing him to suspend off a nearby ceiling. He can adjust the length of the cable and allies can climb the cable too.
His special is Explosive Gum. Which operates like a sticky grenade but it is very small, explosion is still potent though.
Chev Chelibros' Primary is just a handgun, stronger than Brocketeer's, but shorter range.
He also moves slightly faster than other bros, like Brade.
His Melee could be a meat cleaver, or a simple pistol whip.
His Special is High Voltage, where he electrifies himself and ignites, like the end of Crank: High Voltage. In this state, he burns nearby enemies, has increased speed and strength, but he can only attack with powerful rapid fire punches. His High Voltage will be removed if he does not continue killing enemies.
Jack Broton's Primary is his TEC-9 with very poor accuracy, but long distance, and his bullets richochet on first contact.
His Melee will be his knife throw, which is chargable, so it can thrown with a weak arch or a straight powerful longshot.
His Special could be a truck summon, but I feel as though it would take away from Tank Bro's uniqueness. I would prefer a mystical Egg Shen weapon. Like the purple warrior that is summoned, or those green dragon bombs that skyemc85 made that I can't find anymore.
Even though Under Siege is more popular I think the shown sprite for Seagal is based on Fire Down Below. Regardless of which Seagal they pick, I'd like his moves focused on hand to hand combat.
His Primary should do rapid punches with no knockback, stunning his victims in place, and then he finishes the combo string with a huge knockback launcher punch that converts his victims into deadly projectiles to hurl onto other enemies.
His Melee should just be a ground slide that dodges projectiles and trips enemies. In the air it should be a dive kick.
His Special would be Seagull Punch. It's just like a Falcon Punch, but with a seagull, so I suppose it would have watery effects instead of fire. It might have a long build up time, but his fists will emits a powerful blast of water. Just make Seagal the Captain Falcon of Broforce.
I would say just add the steroid-throw effect of adrenaline to all the other effects of his special. In addition to setting people on fire and using burning punches, his throws become super-powered, like when using steroids/vitamins: Throws guys way farther, way faster, gibs other enemies, etc.
Everybody knows that Mr.T can throw hellua far and this should reflect in Broforce!
I'd be down with that, considering his melee isn't very good. Definitely fitting for his character.
P.S. Afro Daddy, if you are there, I'd highly suggest having a Satanic disguise special being saved for a Darkman character.
If you haven't seen Darkman, I'd highly recommend it- Liam Neeson plays a psychotic, super strong vigilante, bent on destroying the criminal empire that left him a scarred freak. He's also a master of disguise... Again, I recommend it!
However, a demonic bro would be a fine addition (why not hellboy-hellbro ?)
The reason I suggest a Satanic disguise is so that we can command mooks- In the Darkman movies, Dr. Peyton Westlake / Darkman frequently disguises himself as higher or lower ranking figures to disrupt his enemies- convincing the bosses that their lieutenants are untrustworthy, to steal money from them, to rat them out to the police.
Being able to command mooks- i.e., telling them to go off guard, telling them to go somewhere which leads to them walking off a cliff, telling them that one of their own is actually a spy so that they kill them, that's what I had in mind.
