Very cool game but how did they avoid the Copyright?
With so many copyright laws I can't believe the developers managed to put so many iconic characters in this game. How this is even possible?
I can only surmise that they all fall under "parody" and therefore parody characters get a free pass from being copyright infringement.
However, I can see the lack of any Disney/Lucasfilm Bro... A Han Brolo could be part of the game... I immagine that Disney is much, much more aggressive towards corpyright (they are forcing the American laws of copyright to last longer in order to protect Mickey) and the devs didn't even want to try their luck with that company...

Parody. Both Disney and Lucasfilm are represented (Rocketeer and Indiana Jones). Also Ellen Ripley and Predator (since Disney owns that part of Fox now) but that’s retroactive. What you won’t see are video game characters, as that crosses the line from parody to infringement

Either that, or the devs paid some sort of fee to the companies beforehand. However, I've seen this game show up on Polaris: Player Select a few times, and that show is on Disney XD. With that in mind, Disney might see those characters in the games as free advertising for them. After all, from what I've seen, Blade's in the game too, and he's a Marvel character, which also means Disney.
