Character selection pls?

Im currently beated the normal mode on both difficulties, stated ironbro. Guess what? I having problems with melee-based characters, mostly. So, yeah... There is allready a way to swap bros in this game, but it's uncomfortable as hell to reload levels million times. Either that, or run into the fray and get your absolutely not aproporiate for level character insta-killed.
Again, there is a way to swap character, but it sucks, arent we deserve better way to do it?

The existance of it is something that doesnt seem as inteded thing to begin with. The message when you selecting this mode says "it was not meant to be beatable", yet there is achivement on steam for doing this. What a contradiction.

i have beaten it already but most players use save states to do so. i refuse to use save states on such a great game so there is 2 achivements that i will never have

But i guess that's everyone's personal decision.

i beat it the legit way all through. people using save states are just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who cant get gud.

Well, the mod this fella gave me wont work in ironbro mod, and i just dont see the point in using someone else save to, what, get achivement i dont deserve? Pff. And after that, knowing myself, i will just forget this amazing game. I dont want that. So yeah, im getting gud all the way trough this.

its not about using someone elses save its pulling your save after every level so if u loose a bro you can reload your own save.

Well, sure. Although i seen the guides, but didnt read them trough, too much text. But i think i allready covered the basics.

the guides are pretty bad honsetly even the one i made for people who want to cheese it.
but basically just play the game normaly dig when you can and ask me for or Leon for tips each level and finaly never let the boondocks die.

most of the guides are out dated and tell you to use save states... best tip is if you loose a good bro b4 the alien levels you might as well start over.
