Game wont launch

Recently whenever i launch, the steam app will show that the game has launched but after a few seconds it will go right back to showing the "Launch" button as if i never clicked anything.

I have not installed any new virus software or firewall software, nor have i made any hardware changes. i even uninstalled the game and re-downloaded it.

同じく起動しなかったけどプロパティから入力できる起動設定に-wって入れたらとりあえず起動できた
-wはウィンドウモードで立ち上げるためのオプションらしい
ゲーム内の設定から画面サイズを変更して再起動すればある程度は大きくできる
昔のゲームだから1920x1080は選べないけど…
