No colors, only green
I have a problem with graphics, thought that someone could help me with it. There are no other colors but shades of green, like green monochrome screen.
I have experienced same problem with other older games like Mortal Kombat or Jagged Alliance.
If I take a screenshot and paste it in a Paint it has normal colors...

If your CPU has integrated graphics you can try plugging your monitor into the CPU display to at least find out if your graphics card is even the problem

You can aslo try:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SimCity 3000 Unlimited/Apps/SC3U.exe(right click)/properties/compatibility/Run compatibility troubleshooter,
to see if Windows is maybe the problem
