Sim City 3000 launches, then closes

As the title says. It launches and closes within about 3 seconds, no window pop-up. The icon briefly appears in the taskbar. On windows 10, maybe that's the problem?

I had same problem but I found solution !!

I found solution in gog forum !!

[1] Open your Simcity 3000 folder.
[2] Find or make its shortcut ion.
[3] Click with your right button.
[4] Change its target like -

"the directory's address" -w -r:800x600

You can add -w -r:800x600, after the short cut address.
Example) "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SimCity 3000 Unlimited\Apps\SC3U.exe" -w -r:800x600

[5] Do not start it with GOG, but with the 'Short Cut Icon'.

Every time you launch, you need to use the short cut icon.

This solution is also used to change the resolution of Simcity4.
