Unable to finish Chihuahua level

Good day,

Overall, the game is pretty great. I am struggling to see how the Chihuahua level can be finished. I have tried numerous times, different strategies and whatnot. I will come back to this game a fair bit later as it is incredibly frustrating to have a somewhat easy time the first handful of levels, some requiring like two or three retries and then a level that feels like it has not been balanced properly. So here's my two cents:

Allow staff to be assigned a role. Porter that only handles food, porter that only handles dishes. Provide a staff elevator. Provide priority rules for staff to enter elevators over guests.
Allow us to tell exterminators where they should be going, this feels far too random. Like... why would it clean a room next door when there's still plenty of that room type available that are not infected?

After a handful and a bit of attempts I can't get past that level, even with the recent improvements.

Further more, sometimes it feels way too random and it feels like it matters a lot on whether or not you get a good start in the first wave to snowball into an easier later waves. I would love to see this game become a smidge more deterministic.

Chihuahua ist Kindergarden. You just need 6+ exterminators and upgraded elevators.

Yeah elvators are key on all lvls, upgrade to 2 as soon as possible and upgrde them and add a third one, (2 is enough on the first few), as needed. More elevators reduce time between guest, make porters deliver food and wsh peopel cloths and make people go faster to their sauna.

Forthe Chiaia lvl you need 2 exterminators from the get to. Already on the third lvl of your hotel. Keep adding more and more. Bu the time you are finished you should have minimum 6 of them. They are a LOT cheaper to build lower down so even if you don't need more right now, make plan for where you want them, and consider building them before you need them. If more rooms get infected than your exterminators can handle you already lost as you won't have the income to build more of them.

Yes, this level is a pain in the ass. I managed it with 3-4 unoccupiable rooms. But it would be really nice if you could upgrade the exterminator too

Why the f%&$ would I need SIX exterminators? How does that make any sense? I only need 2 maids ever for any level and 2 porters ever for any level. I can only ever have a max of 5 people in the sauna (of which only one level requires me to have more than 1 sauna), 4 washing machines, and 4 plates in the kitchen. How does 6 make sense?

And upgrade your elevators? Is that a joke? It's $600 for your second elevator, it's several hundred dollars (depending on what floor you're on) to add more exterminators AND you're luck if you haven't lost a fair amount of money because your exterminators are literally brain dead and don't work on rooms that are clearly requested but infested.

This logic makes 0 sense. Exterminators take 2x longer than a maid to clean a room. So you're saying to flow all of our money building exterminators while they're cheap when we literally need rooms and elevators, which get incredibly expensive. That's not balance, that's stupidity. If you're going to ask for more than $10 for your game, at least pretend that you respect your players' time.
