if nexus or moddb dont have it, then no there won't be any mods available.

ALL* steam versions get the dlc. it was a pre order bonus, but everyone got given it after 6 months.

Baker Team is a new mission set, you can reach it from the main menu. Just select Baker Team and you're good to go.
