You can—just not on the English client. You'll have to use the Japanese client via browser or something since its a different server.

I know know that already, I play on the JP standalone client. I'm requesting the devs to add that server to the steam client, make it a separate steam game if it's necessary idc.

So annoying when people comment and point out the most obvious things, instead of writing something of value.
