Sky High Ambition Talisman Collection

I'm currently Talisman hunting for Sky High Ambition. Could someone tell me what the best way would be to get the upgrade for "Failed Invention" is? I figure if you have the upgraded Inventor talisman you might roll it twice? Or do I have to rely on the Mythic Upgrade Talisman?
