Yes. It's from the "December 18th Update" you can read about when clicking the Info lantern on the top right in the game.

4. Profile Interface and Information Update
3) Add "Highlight" statistics. In matches after this update, you can unlock corresponding "Highlight" badges by meeting specific conditions.
