This game is rigged to be pay to win only
Every game i played on browser is the same, only players who spend money on cosmetics and gacha gets winning tiles. My first 2 games on steam platform comes with 13 Yao for my 2 decked out fancy cosmetics opponents. You are better off playing an offline Mahjong VN than this rigged game.

also, if you know any programming at all, the tile order log can be generate on the fly too and any unused tiles are put at the end, that is very simple elementary map table programming so it doesn't mean anything at the end of the day. also, by the game is not tempered with, they mean on player level, as in we can cannot change the tiles on the players hand, AFTER they have been generated and dealt to the players, so no-one can get what anyone wanted by tempering the game memory table.

the DM5 codes can be generate on the fly too, all they have to do is to assign an unused number in the beginning and pretend its a pre set seed, because you can only use that after the game is over, so it doesnt mean jack at the end of the day

Heya! I have 2 decades of computer science experience and this is complete nonsense :D. It's the entire wall log, and is extremely unlikely they're mining MD5 collisions for wallcodes, it'd also likely be impossible to do this on a regular basis and get sensible results.

Prove your conjecture or take your conspiracies elsewhere :D.

Dear Jyanshi Sama, have you noticed the MD5 code in our game? The MD5 algorithm is a widely used cryptographic hash function. It converts the input bytes (tile wall sequence) into a series of hash values by using an algorithm.

Mahjong Soul promises that all games are randomly generated. At the beginning of each match, the tile wall is already predetermined so that the tiles issued in each game will not be changed, or influenced by external factors.

You can use the MD5 code to notarize your game's fair play and authenticity.

1. Each tile possesses a unique code: the Man tiles use the "m" code (1m to 9m); the Pin tiles use the "p" code (1p to 9p); the Sou tiles use the "s" code (1s to 9s); the Word tiles - being E, S, W, N, Wh, G, R - use the "z" code (1z to 7z); the Red Five tiles use the "0" code (0m, 0p, 0s).

2. After a match, players can go to Log and verify their MD5 code in each game. You can find the code by clicking on Wall and the Wall Code is at the bottom of the window box that appears.

3. Open any MD5 encrypted website, select 32-bit encryption, paste Wall Code, and get the MD5 code.

4. To get the game MD5 code, click on the Dead Wall on the upper left-hand corner, check the MD5 code for this game, then compare it to the MD5 code compared in step 3. If both MD5 code matches, then there are no mistakes for this match.
MASSIVE skill issue

If you are f2p, you can try tally up the win rate against the people with premium skins and the ones with default f2p skins, you will see the pattern.

Is it because they play the game more and know how to deal with different styles of players?

Nah, couldn't be that. Gotta be whales.

Provide logs and evidence of outside wall manipulation, please.

Before you trying to humiliate the others, try to understand what they've said.
If you've played the game with $0 investment, you should have experienced it already.

Having the same guy Tsumo 4 times in a row? Totally skilled.
Wish you the best of luck in the funny life.

What he/she's just said is exactly what I experienced.
When I'm the one appointed for winning, Riichi within the first 4 draws, Tsumo at least 3 times in 8 games (Hanchan). Did I play well to get all these?
While the other guy is appointed to win the game, he experienced exactly the same thing as I did.

More stupidly, if you Riichi with this guy obviously appointed, you're a free target of the system. Either Tsumo is given to this guy, or you're going to give him the tile. Congrats.

how do i know if someone's appointed to win? i had a game start with someone getting 3 big dragons, but i ended up getting 1st place with my final hand a riichi all simples.

it's all rng. a coin toss isn't rigged because someone happened to call it right 4 times in a row

RNG is a concept made to fool you the gambler on their casino table. You think they want you to just keep winning and having fun? It's a free mahjong game which sells game skins.
it's a mahjong game. if it really was rigged people who actually know how probability works would have revealed it already. you clearly have no clue how it works and think if someone wins multiple hands in a row it must be rigged. have you checked hundreds of thousands of game records in physical mahjong parlors to see how often (or rarely) that happens?

If you play this game long enough, you'll experience all kinds of seemingly unlikely things. As long as the probability is nonzero, they can and will come up eventually with a large enough sample size. It would be fishy if such things never ever happened.

I play so much mahjong that I've witnessed the kinds of games you've described offline with physical tiles. Or are you gonna tell me those are rigged too?

i was appointed winner at birth, i literally can't stop winning cuz it's in my blood
Games not rigged. You're just bad like I am. I just enjoy playing Mahjong. Fun game. When I win, great. When I lose, oh well. You guys take this way too seriously. Now back to my Novice 2 which I will probably be at forever.
This game is rigged against me. That's the only way to explain why I lose so much. /s

Just a quick update. I haven't spent a dime on this game and after somebody here taught me how to play, I went from Novice 2 to Adept 1 in a matter of days. So no, you're wrong. It is not play to win. But believe what you want. I really don't care.
But... why do I keep losing to f2p players who get winning hands in 2 moves every single round? They never deal into me and always seem to need the card I deal.

I wish it was p2w, then I wouldn't be hardstuck novice 3 lol. I swear these f2p players are editing the draws.
Anybody who complains about this game being rigged is severely skill-issued and somehow still deluded themselves into believing they should be seeing better results
I sentence you to play Overwatch 2
