This has nudity. That one doesn't. Some countries will ban adult games so a separate SFW version is required to sell in those countries. The alternative is to only release a SFW version but have a downloadable adult patch available.

i dont know why, but i feel that it has nudity option too... making it the exactly same game.

2 different developers with same game, one of it is not released yet.
I feel is like some marketing thing, or just one developer copied the other.

I gave you the answer. No, Cute Suika does not have the nudity option. Both versions were delayed from their original release date. It's the same developer despite being under a different name on Steam. You can see the exact same situation with their other upcoming tennis game. Both games under same name here https://toracreatives.itch.io/.
