Any cheats to this game?

Been playing like 2 hours straight and have not had the chance to advance to the next level or even unlocked anything in the gallery yet....

Sounds like you're not using items - those drop randomly during a round and after finishing one, you can also purchase them in shop for in-game currency.
Hammer allows you to remove one "ball" without loosing points.
Glove allows you to grab one "ball" from the placed ones and drop it from top.
Jiggle shakes up the board.
You can see those in lower left corner during gameplay.

As for stages - I don't think there are any "stages" but you can change backgrounds in the gallery, with the coins earned.

As for 18+ gallery - you need to feed girls with food that dropped after finishing stage (can also be purchased in shop). To feed them, you need to go to shop>inventory and click on food you want to give. Girls have preferences, you'll discover if they like them when you give it once.
