how to get npc out of knock out?

I have 2 npcs in cages and one has berries right now. Is there some way to get the npcs out of their knock out?

you need to wait for a long time and i believe berries are not that that effective, try placing a couple of steaks inside the cage, and if you don't want to wait just go to bed to skip the days, NPCs should have a number next to them wait until that number says ''MAX" and then place them on your inventory, after that right click on them on your inventory to spawn them right next to you. note: you needed to stun them either by R or with the stun mace if you used a sword you basically just killed them.

what about companion npc that follow you? had one get KO and put them on a sleep matt but they havnt woken up in 2 days (in game) so far.

I have a native that is waiting to be saved, but when I go to their star on the map they're not there. Help!?

@iron lycan Don't put them on anything, just wait a bit with them following you (or not) and they'll wake up. It's usually quite fast, if you sleep a whole day (ig), they'll wake up in less than a minute (real life minute here).

@Azure Octive : You should find a cage with a guard. If it's bugued then rip either load a save if you have one, or just loose that native.
