How do i get the flippers?
Cant continue the last quest because i cant get flippers

And the chaos workbench exists where? without the info being on the wiki all of this is a bunch of screwed up hoop jumping.

At the very north of the Chaos area there's a cave. Follow it and somewhere in the south-west part of the cave you will find a narrow path to a small puddle, a couple bushes and an entrance to a boss fight.
