What do you do with the green stone Statue with the choped head?

I have no idea on what to do in the map now, I've unlocked pratically all the map and the only green points I have are the statue and the door for the three crystals but I'm Missing one (I have the green and Red one)

There is a boss fight I think to the right of that location only the female MC can do beat the two bosses and you get the item for that statue.

Events come in three flavours, denoted by the colour of the marker: female-only (red), male-only (blue) and events either MC can do (green). Oh, and the female MC generally gets boinked if she loses. Oh, and the last crystal you can get from a fight in the far top-right area with the blueish grass. You get there through the cave in that area.

I tried doing the missions but it’s impossible for the female MC I litteraly never used her so she stayed at lvl 1, meanwhile my other MC it’s at lvl50

What I can suggest is raids. Some placeable items increase the level and number of raiders. At raid lvl50 you start seeing elites dressed in red. They drop fighter orbs. You can use them to buy diamonds at the trader. Then you can make either a diamond dagger or a diamond wand which have a slash attack for a heavy which means you can take out targets from afar. The meat workbench has an item that summons a raid and a placeable totem that raises the level of the raid by exactly 50. The iron workbench has a suit of armour that increases the number of raiders by 10. Also, if you ever get one of your natives taken in a raid, when you go to the rescue, the big guard has a talisman which when worn, guarantees the wearer will be the target of the next raid. So you get a way to level up easy and better weapons.

I tough you could get Gigants women with the raids but I didn't meet a single one, how do you encounter them?

You can also go to the cave where you find those three glowing monsters that looks like anglerfish but fat (I forgot monster's name sorry) and farm some levels there, equip a good weapon on female MC, kill them and when you finish with all of them, go out and enter again, they will respawn and I think it is safer than a raid especially if your MC is level 1

What Darkon said, the flower totem allows females, including large females to take part in raids, but do note that Giant is a different character you meet later on.

I've found the gigant woman and I chose to leave instead of killing her, and ulocked the pretty craft table, now what? that didn't give me the totem

You get the flower totem from the plant bench, not the cute bench. You can find the plant bench in the swamp.
